Devotional Fitness

This physical activity program for older adults is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, balance, agility, and reduce the risk of falls. Each Friday, participants will be taught safe and effective exercises that they can also perform in the comfort of their own home.

Dan McClure, M.A. is a recognized expert in exercise and aging and has developed dozens evidence-based fitness programs for over 20 years. Dan is also a pastor at First Christian Church and looks forward to offering this free program to the community.
